BARK Welcome Series

This life-cycle marketing campaign had two jobs. Educate new subscribers in a clear way and introduce them to the cheeky BARK voice. In total, I created the concept for and wrote seven emails that are now sent out to all new customers. Since launching these in 2022 BARK saw a jump in customer retention.
